A bar association, a professional body, a software house or a consultant serving law firms? Become a Perlegis reseller: we invoice you at a reserved price, you invoice the firm at the price you set, and you manage the accounts from your own console. We handle the product and the infrastructure.

You do not have to be a software house: use Perlegis in your own practice and resell it to the colleagues you work with, at the price you set. If you would rather not resell or invoice anyone, the invite code included with Premium is the simpler route — it is listed with the plan’s features.

Recurring margin

Who can become a Perlegis partner? +
A single lawyer counts: use Perlegis in your own practice and bring it to the colleagues you work with. Beyond them, the programme is aimed at bar associations and professional bodies, software houses and IT agencies serving law firms, and consultants who help firms organise their practice. The requirement is a direct relationship with whoever receives the service.
I am a lawyer — what do I get for bringing a colleague? +
20% of what they pay, net of VAT, for as long as they stay subscribed: on the annual list price that is about €110 per colleague per year. You do not resell and you do not invoice them, and your colleague pays no more for having come through you — they pay less. The amount is not a credit against your own subscription: it accrues and is paid to you by bank transfer, from €50 upwards. Accrual pauses if your own subscription lapses, and resumes if you come back.
How do margin and invoicing work? +
Two routes, and they differ in everything. If you RESELL — software house, agency, consultant — we invoice you at a partner price and you invoice the firm at the price you set, with a tiered volume discount; you get a console to manage the accounts, and support to those firms is yours. If you only REFER, as a lawyer does with colleagues, there is no reselling and no console: every Premium user has an invite code, whoever uses it pays less, and you receive 20% of their payments by bank transfer. In that case support to the firm stays with Perlegis.
What can I do from the partner console? +
Create client-firm accounts: open a free one so they can try the product and move it to Premium when they become a customer, or start on Premium from the outset. Suspend and reactivate access, update registry details, and read the action log. You have no access to your clients’ matters, deadlines or case files: the console manages accounts, not their contents.
Can I see the case data of the firms I manage? +
Never. The partner console operates on accounts and subscriptions. Events, matters and documents stay behind the same rules that keep firms apart from each other — that data is covered by professional secrecy and no partner role can read it.
Do I have to handle infrastructure and technical support? +
No. Infrastructure, rule updates to the deadline engine, security and backups are on us. You handle the relationship with the firm and its activation; we keep the platform running.
Is every console action recorded? +
Yes. Creations, suspensions, reactivations, edits and assignments all land in a searchable log with author, timestamp and the firm affected. That protects you as much as it protects us.
