1. Prices and plans
The list price is €49.99/month plus VAT per practitioner, or €549.89/year plus VAT — twelve months for the price of eleven. The plan includes 5 GB of storage; more is sold in 10 GB blocks at €4.99/month (€54.89/year). The price charged is shown at checkout before payment, with applicable taxes itemised.
2. Free trial
The free trial lasts 30 days and requires no payment method. When it ends, access is suspended and nothing is charged: the subscription starts only if the user explicitly activates it. Data remains available for export.
3. Renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless renewal is turned off before expiry.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation can be carried out by the user from the payment provider's customer area. Cancelling prevents further renewals; the service stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
5. Payments and invoicing
Payments are handled by a specialised external provider. Payment errors or failed charges may lead to suspension or limitation of the service until resolved.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Where applicable under the Italian Consumer Code, a consumer may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract. For digital services supplied immediately at the user's request, the statutory limitations on the right of withdrawal may apply.
7. Refunds
Save for legal obligations or a different written agreement, no pro-rata refunds are given for periods already used. The right to a refund in cases required by law is unaffected.
8. Price changes
Any price change is notified with reasonable advance notice and applies to renewals falling after the effective date.
9. Termination and return of data
On termination the user can export a complete archive of their data from the application's Backup section. On request, the data is deleted.
