Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 July 2026

1. Service provider

The “Perlegis” service is provided by Archiva Group (the “Provider”). Legal and administrative contact details are those published on the Provider's official contact page.

2. Subject matter

Perlegis is a software platform supporting the organisation of deadlines, hearings, reminders and matters, and the computation of procedural terms.

The service does not constitute legal advice and does not replace the user's professional judgement. Dates and terms proposed by the computation engine are a support tool and must be verified by the practitioner, who remains solely responsible for meeting procedural deadlines.

3. Registration and account

Using the service requires a personal account. The user warrants that the details provided are accurate and current, keeps credentials secure, and is responsible for activity carried out through the account.

4. Plan, trial and renewal

The service includes a free trial and a periodic subscription. Commercial terms (price, frequency, taxes) are shown before payment is confirmed. Renewal and cancellation are detailed in the Subscription terms.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by a specialised external provider. The Provider does not store full payment card details.

6. User obligations

Using the service for unlawful purposes, infringing third-party rights, attempting unauthorised access or compromising platform security is prohibited. The user is responsible for uploaded content and — this data often being covered by professional secrecy — for its lawfulness and for the shares they enable.

7. Availability

The Provider takes reasonable measures to ensure continuity and security but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Suspensions may occur for maintenance, updates or force majeure.

8. Intellectual property

Software, trade marks, interfaces and service content are protected and remain owned by the Provider or the respective rights holders. Data entered by the user remains the user's and can be exported at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

Save for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and to the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or improper use of the service. In particular, the Provider is not liable for the consequences of a missed procedural deadline: verifying dates remains the practitioner's responsibility.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated for legal, technical or organisational reasons. Material changes are notified with reasonable advance notice.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory forum provided by applicable law applies.
